Guests are welcomed on the terrace overlooking the lake and its fountain, where champagne and caviar set the tone for what follows. As the light fades, the evening moves inside and thirty guests take their places around one considered table.
With its tranquil lakeside setting, warm sculptural interiors and attentive service, El Lago offers a rare sense of calm and intimacy.
At the Table
A contemporary French dinner,
shaped around Bordeaux.
El Lago will present a contemporary French gastronomic menu created exclusively for the evening, accompanied by a considered pairing of exceptional Bordeaux wines. The menu itself will remain undisclosed, allowing every course and pairing to be encountered in the moment.
On the evening, El Lago will take on a different character. Vesper will shape the atmosphere around one considered table, allowing the evening to reveal itself slowly — through its setting, its service and the moments in between.
As dinner unfolds, a privately commissioned cultural experience will be revealed and shared only with the guests around the table.
