Attendance
Choose a current gathering and submit a request for an invitation. Each request is reviewed individually. If a place is offered, you will receive a personal invitation with the next steps.

Certainly. Many guests attend independently. Each evening is thoughtfully hosted so that introductions happen naturally and every guest feels part of the table.
An invitation extended to one member of a couple automatically extends to their spouse or partner, provided both guests are aged 21 or over. The partner’s name must be provided in advance so that the guest list and dining arrangements can be prepared accordingly.
Friends wishing to attend together must each submit a separate request for an invitation. An invitation offered to one friend does not automatically extend to the other. The automatic extension of an invitation applies exclusively to couples.
Yes. Attendance at Vesper gatherings is reserved exclusively for guests aged 21 and over.
Attendance is confirmed once a personal invitation has been accepted and the participation fee has been received within the stated timeframe.
The Gathering
Each gathering has its own character, but may include a private reception, a bespoke dining experience, considered wine pairings and a cultural experience created for the occasion. Certain details remain undisclosed until the evening itself.
Vesper gatherings are intentionally intimate. The number of places is stated on each gathering page and varies according to the setting and character of the evening.
Gatherings take place at carefully selected private and hospitality venues in and around Marbella. The venue is presented on the individual gathering page or communicated in the personal invitation.
The participation fee includes all elements described on the individual gathering page, including the reception, dining experience, accompanying beverages and cultural programme. Travel and accommodation are not included unless stated otherwise.
Yes. A vegetarian menu is available with advance notice. Please indicate your preference when requesting or accepting an invitation so that the menu can be prepared accordingly.
Please share any allergies or dietary requirements when requesting or accepting an invitation. We will work with the venue to accommodate them.
The dress code is stated on each gathering page and confirmed with the invitation. Unless otherwise specified, guests are invited to wear elegant evening attire.
Practical Details
Guest privacy is treated with discretion. Any professional photography will be communicated in advance, and identifiable images will not be publicly shared without permission.
The applicable cancellation terms are presented before payment. Invitations are personal and cannot be transferred to another person without prior written approval from Vesper.
Travel and accommodation are not included unless specifically stated. Recommendations for accommodation and private transportation may be provided upon request.
English is the principal language of Vesper gatherings, reflecting the international character of Marbella and its community.
